Les Entreprises Serre-Vis is hiring experienced handymen and women on a part-time basis with a flexible schedule ready and interested to take on a variety of small home improvement projects such as:

• Installation of shelves, brackets, frames, mirrors, mouldings, door handles, knobs and locks, and similar
• Repairing broken steps, decks, doors, walls and similar
• Repairing or installation of ceramic tiles, vanities, simple cabinets and similar
• Sealing or repairing caulking around tubs, sinks, windows and similar
• Painting, sanding and finishing of a wall, room, dresser, deck, accessory and similar.
• Exterior light repairs to driveways, walkways, bricks, roof, cabane, deck, and similar
• Assembly of furniture, BBQ or other similar

Requirements:

• Past experience in carpentry, painting, plastering or general home improvements is required.
• Car for transportation
• Tools to match experience
• Clean criminal record
• Reasonable availability
• Smart cell phone (Not flip)
• Working knowledge of French spoken (English as asset)
• Pleasant personality

Les Entreprises Serre-Vis is hiring generalists in outdoor maintenance work on a part-time basis with a flexible schedule ready and interested to take on a variety of small maintenance projects such as:

• General outdoor maintenance work
• Maintenance of outside grounds. (Power washing, raking, cutting/trimming of shrubs or trees no higher than 10 feet tall)
• Removing or storing outdoor chairs, tables, BBQ., hoses, potted plants, other accessories
• Cleaning of Gutters (up to 10 feet high)
• Washing of Windows (Exterior - up to 10 feet high)
• Pre or post home sale generalized cleaning interior and exterior. (Includes walls, counters, floors, cabinets, closets, and similar)

Requirements:

Relevant experience and willingness to help homeowners with general outdoor maintenance.
